Pacific Summer Gin is made from traditional botanicals, coupled with Tasmanian botanicals that are locally grown at our distillery, pure Tasmanian rainwater and the workings of a hand-beaten copper still from Germany.
The Gin is distilled to infuse the flavours of Polynesia. This Gin is handcrafted in small batches.
We recommend enjoying this robust gin neat, on the rocks or with a splash of tonic.

Tasting Notes: Pacific Summer Gin contains subtle slightly sweet fruit notes derived principally from paw paw and mango. But also contains many notes from a botanical driven dry gin.
Ingredients including juniper, cardamom, coriander, star anise and oris root. Vapour infused kunzea, saltbush, mountain pepper berry, pawpaw and mango.
